Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates: Estimates are based on the most complete and specific information you provide. Ensure all moving needs are communicated to ensure accuracy.

Extenuating Circumstances: Conditions such as parking constraints, narrow staircases, and other unforeseen factors may affect moving times and estimates.
Packing Services
Services Offered: We offer packing services, which may need to be completed a day or two before the move. Packing materials are not carried on the truck on the day of the move, so pre-order if required.
Liability: We are not responsible for the contents of boxes we did not pack or damage resulting from chemicals or perishables. Items packed by owners are the responsibility of the customer.
Special Requests and Arrival Times
Special Requests: Discuss any special requests, such as assembly or specific placement of items, before moving day.
Arrival Times: While we strive for accuracy, mid-day schedules are approximate. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Parking and Hazardous Materials
Parking: Ensure adequate parking is available. We require written permission to park on private property.
Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials like gasoline and bleach cannot be transported. Any damage incurred by such materials will be the customer’s responsibility.
Floor Protection and Additional Charges
Floor Protection: We provide floor protection at no extra cost. Extra materials are available upon request.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Customer Presence
Importance: Your presence or an authorized attendee is required to ensure all items are moved and placed correctly. Claims for missing items will not be accepted if you are not present.
Disposal of Items and Billing

Invoicing: Billing is done hourly, including additional materials and special request charges. Full payment is due at the end of each moving day.
Insurance and Liability
Company Insurance: We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Present Value Coverage is provided at no additional cost.
Claims: Damage claims must be submitted in writing within two weeks. We reserve the right to repair, replace, or compensate based on depreciated value.

Exclusions: Our protection policy does not cover certain items, such as currency, contraband, or fragile items not packed by our movers.
