FAQ
During the busy moving season (May through October), we recommend scheduling at least 6 weeks in advance to help ensure your preferred date is available. During slower winter months, about a week’s notice is often sufficient, depending on availability.
Our pricing is based strictly on an hourly rate plus mileage if outside Dane County. We also offer student specials for early requests!
You can begin shipping anytime. A flat summer storage fee covers everything from June through August. Sending early helps avoid delivery delays or late fees.
Yes! You can ship directly from home or retailers. Just make sure home-packed boxes are sturdy and well-filled to handle shipping.
Yes, if arranged in advance and space allows. Roommates can split the delivery fee, but each must pay individual storage and receiving fees.
We’re on campus for about a week after move-in. If your package arrives during that window, we’ll deliver it. Otherwise, our final delivery run is Sept. 6. Packages arriving after Oct. 1 will be refused.
